The association Committee Meetings (CM) are held on the second Sunday of each month at 1000 hrs with the exception of December and January when there are no meetings held. If an CM falls on a Public Holiday the CM will be held on the following Sunday. All meetings are held in Springwood Legacy Office , Raymond Road Springwood. Please contact the Secretary for address details. The President and Committee encourage all members to attend any CM .

Additionally that "Woman of Substance" Nicki Gillis is back this year to entertain after the march and service.
